Lesson sheets — financial literacy from age 6

For each of the 28 modules in English there is a lesson sheet of one or two A4 pages: the aim, a part for ages 6–7 with a game, questions for the class at three levels, a 45-minute plan and the tools — a calculator and the open test with class codes. Free, no sign-up. Where a module describes laws, it gives the EU rule, an example from Bulgaria and what to check in your own country.

How to use them

  1. Choose the module that fits the topic of the lesson.
  2. Print the sheet — the “Print this sheet” button or Ctrl+P. The menu and the forms are not printed.
  3. Take the part for the level of the class: ages 6–7, child (6–12), teenager (13–17), adult.
  4. To finish — the open test: everyone writes down only their code; paste the class codes and see the distribution. The codes are the same in Bulgarian and in English.

Global Money Week

The sheets also suit Global Money Week, run by the OECD every year in March — one module a day, or one topic for the whole school.

Rules in class

  • No personal data of pupils — the test and the games work without names.
  • Children under 14 — with a teacher or a parent.
  • No labels and no comparing individual pupils; worrying about money is a job for adults, not children.
  • Knowledge, not financial advice — and no product recommendations.

The modules

The sheets may be freely printed and copied for lessons, clubs and families, with the source pecuvo.eu. They may not be sold. Suggestions for the sheets — through the “Was this useful?” form under every module.
